News from UUCOV

Start 2018 With a Great Read

We get to experience the popular UU Common Read times two this year! For those of you new to UU, each year our denomination selects a read and Centeringcongregations are urged to read, discuss and otherwise explore the topic. This year, two books were selected. Our first read is “Centering: Navigating Race, Authenticity, and Power in Ministry” by Mitra Rahmeena. We will have copies available to borrow starting on Sunday, December 31. You may also purchase through online booksellers.
Stay tuned for the programming around this read starting in January. More about this in Social Justice (below).
